Eligibility

The AirPods Max Giveaway Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ai Lean (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Entry Period

The Contest begins on March 11th, 2025 at 7:00 AM and ends on March 13th, 2025 at 5:00 PM ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter the Contest, participants must complete the form above including name, email, and mobile number. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Apple AirPods Max headphones (approximate retail value: $549.00). The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and mail on March 14th, 2025. The potential winner must respond to such notification within 48 hours. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, that potential winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering this Contest, entrant grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) entrant's participation in the Contest and/or entrant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

Disputes

THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF BOSTON, MA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Massachusetts having jurisdiction.
