Role Summary

Ai Lean is seeking a Product Manager II to own the definition, execution, and delivery of product capabilities across compliance-driven workflows. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for translating complex operational and regulatory requirements into reliable, production-ready software.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery:
• Own assigned product areas or workflows end-to-end
• Translate business and compliance requirements into clear product requirements
• Write detailed Jira stories with acceptance criteria and edge cases
• Maintain and prioritize a well-groomed backlog
• Partner closely with Engineering on scope and delivery

Compliance & Operational Rigor:
• Understand how state and country-specific compliance drives product behavior
• Ensure logic is auditable, traceable, and defensible
• Anticipate edge cases and failure modes

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Customer Success
• Lead sprint planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Quality & Readiness:
• Maintain a high bar for quality and non-regression
• Support QA and UAT activities

Measurement & Iteration:
• Define success metrics and iterate based on outcomes

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to write detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
• Strong execution ownership and delivery focus
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience or aptitude for regulated or rules-driven domains
• Comfort working in Jira and agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High ownership, accountability, and follow-through
