NO PURCHASE OR DEMO ATTENDANCE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR ATTENDANCE AT A DEMONSTRATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ai Lean, 117 Kendrick Street, Suite 300, Needham, MA 02494 ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Ai Lean Bahamas Getaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on September 8, 2026 at 4pm PT and ends on September 10, 2026 at 4 PM PT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted or badge scans recorded outside the Entry Period are void.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or demo attendance is necessary to enter. There are two ways to enter, each limited to one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Sweepstakes, regardless of method used:
Method 1 — Attend a Demo. Visit the Ai Lean booth at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show (September 8–10, 2026) and attend a 15-minute product demonstration. Sponsor will scan the attendee's conference badge at the conclusion of the demo; a successful badge scan constitutes one (1) automatic entry.
Method 2 — Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase/Demo Necessary). Fill out the form below during the Entry Period and complete the required entry. No demo attendance or purchase of any kind is necessary to use this method.
Limit: one (1) entry per person across both methods combined. Any attempt to submit multiple entries through multiple registrations, badge scans, identities, or any other method will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification.
5. PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded: a trip for two (2) to the Bahamas, consisting of round-trip coach-class airfare and hotel accommodations only for two (2) travelers. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000 USD. Sponsor will arrange or reimburse flight and hotel costs not to exceed a combined total of $5,000.
Trip must be booked and completed within twelve (12) months of winner notification, subject to advance booking requirements, blackout dates, and airline/hotel availability. All elements of the trip not expressly listed above — including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, incidentals, passport/travel documents, travel insurance, and spending money — are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize actually used is less than $5,000, the difference will not be paid in cash or credit. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If winner's travel companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
On or about September 10, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) potential winner. The random drawing will be conducted by Ai Lean. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be announced live at the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show on September 10, 2026. If the winner is not present at the time of announcement, Sponsor will notify the winner by email within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 7 days of notification. If the winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, hometown, likeness, photograph, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further notice, review, or compensation.
9. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Because the ARV of the prize is $5,000, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV as required by law.
10. PARTICIPANT DATA
Information collected through badge scans and the online entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and may be used by Sponsor consistent with Ai Lean's privacy policy.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and the SSA Fall Conference & Trade Show organizers from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.
