By using Ai Lean, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Ai Lean provides software designed to automate delinquency management, compliance workflows, and lien/auction processes for self-storage operators.
Ai Lean is a software platform only and does not provide legal advice or act as a legal authority.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful data
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws (including lien laws, notice requirements, and consumer protection laws)
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Ensure proper use of tenant data
3. Compliance Disclaimer
Ai Lean provides tools to support compliance workflows; however:
We do not guarantee legal compliance
We do not provide legal advice
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:
State lien laws
Notice requirements
Auction procedures
Federal regulations (e.g., SCRA)
4. Data Responsibility
Customers retain ownership of all data submitted to the platform.
You represent that:
You have the legal right to process tenant data
Your use of the platform complies with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
Use the platform for unlawful activities
Upload false or misleading data
Attempt to interfere with system performance or security
Use the platform outside its intended purpose
6. Availability & Service
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
Perform maintenance
Update or modify features
Suspend access if necessary
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ai Lean is not liable for:
Financial losses related to delinquency outcomes
Missed deadlines or compliance failures
Legal claims arising from customer use of the platform
Indirect or consequential damages
8. Insurance
Ai Lean maintains commercially reasonable insurance coverage, including but not limited to:
General liability insurance
Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage
Wrongful auction and sale coverage
Cybersecurity insurance
This coverage is maintained to support our operations and risk management practices.
However, such insurance does not expand Ai Lean’s liability beyond the limitations set forth in these Terms, nor does it create any direct rights or claims for customers or third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and materials are owned by Ai Lean and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
Terms are violated
Use presents legal or operational risk
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.
13. SMS & Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number to Ai Lean, you agree to receive text messages related to your use of the platform and associated services.
a. Types of Messages
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Account notifications
System alerts and reminders
Operational updates related to delinquency workflows
Compliance-related notifications
Customer support communications
Ai Lean does not use SMS for unsolicited marketing messages.
b. Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary depending on platform activity, account usage, and triggered workflows.
c. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:
STOP
You will receive a final confirmation message after opting out.
To resume messages, reply START or contact support.

e. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Ai Lean is not responsible for any charges incurred.
f. Supported Carriers
SMS services are supported by major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier participation may vary.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
g. Consent Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Ai Lean services.
h. Data Use & Privacy
We collect and use SMS-related data, including:
Mobile phone number
Message delivery status
Message content and responses
Communication timestamps
This data is used solely to:
Deliver and manage messaging services
Maintain system records and compliance logs
Process opt-in and opt-out requests
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share information with vendors who assist in delivering SMS services (such as messaging platforms and telecommunications providers), solely for operational purposes.
i. Service Availability
Message delivery is subject to:
Carrier network availability
System performance
Regulatory and carrier filtering
Ai Lean does not guarantee delivery of all messages.
j. Compliance
Ai Lean SMS services are intended to comply with applicable regulations, including:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
CTIA messaging guidelines
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable communication laws and regulations.
