Ai Lean Appoints Industry Veteran Garrick Atkinson as Head of Customer Success

New leadership role strengthens company's commitment to client-centered growth and innovation in the self-storage industry.

Ai Lean today announced the appointment of Garrick Atkinson as Head of Customer Success.

With over 17 years of experience in the self-storage industry, Atkinson will lead strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive measurable success for Ai Lean's growing customer base.

Atkinson began his industry journey in 2007 with Centershift before joining Yardi Systems Inc. in 2014. Throughout his career, he has partnered with many of the largest self-storage REITs and private operators, contributing to innovative solutions and long-term growth across the industry.

A graduate of the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, Atkinson brings a leadership philosophy centered on strengthening relationships by leading with the customer. His approach ensures that partnerships thrive and results are sustained through deep understanding of customer needs and goals.

Outside of work, Atkinson enjoys cheering on University of Utah Football, mountain biking the Wasatch trails, and serving as a "five-star Uber driver" for his two children. He has been married for 18 years and treasures time with his family.
